Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or paying an invoice with Claero, LLC (“Claero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all solar panel cleaning and residential cleaning services we provide in Fresno and the surrounding Central Valley, California, however the appointment was booked — phone, email, our Jobber client hub, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, or in person.

2. Services

Claero provides solar panel cleaning using a deionized water and water-fed pole method, and residential cleaning services across the tiers and add-ons described in our current price list. The specific scope of work for your appointment is the one described in your quote or booking confirmation; work outside that scope (e.g., additional rooms, panel arrays, or heavy-soiling conditions not visible at quoting) may require a revised price before we proceed.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the property's size, condition, panel count, or access differs materially from what was described or photographed when the quote was prepared.
Photos or descriptions submitted for a remote quote should reflect the property's current condition to the best of your knowledge.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked through our Jobber client hub, by phone, or by email.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed a trip fee of $50.
Solar panel and other exterior work depends on safe conditions. We may reschedule at no charge to you for rain, high wind, extreme heat, or unsafe roof/ladder conditions.

5. Site Access & Preparation

Reasonable access to the interior and/or exterior of the property must be available at the scheduled appointment time.
Pets should be secured and walkways or work areas cleared of obstacles before we arrive.
Gate codes or other access instructions should be provided when booking.
If we can't access the property at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

6. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Claero is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear to surfaces, fixtures, panels, roofing, or mounting hardware. Please point out fragile, valuable, or already-damaged items before service begins. Some conditions — such as baked-on residue, long-term hard-water staining, or existing scratches or coating wear on panel glass — may not fully resolve with standard cleaning; we'll flag this during the estimate whenever it's visible ahead of time.

7. Liability & Insurance

Claero carries general liability insurance. Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service performed and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by California law. If you notice damage you believe is related to our work, please contact us within 30 days of the service date so we can review it.

8. Satisfaction & Re-Service

If you're not satisfied with a completed job, let us know within 7 days. We'll review the concern and, at our discretion, return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

9. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Jobber (card or ACH).
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless we've agreed to different terms in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly late fee.
Recurring service plans are billed on the schedule agreed at booking (e.g., monthly or quarterly) and may be canceled with 7 days' notice.

10. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos to prepare quotes and document completed work. With your permission, we may use anonymized photos — without your address or other identifying details — in marketing materials such as our Google Business Profile or future website. Let us know at any time if you'd prefer we not use photos from your property.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, or government order. We'll work with you to reschedule as soon as it's safe and practical to do so.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be handled in the state or small claims courts located in Fresno County, California. We encourage reaching out to us directly first — most issues are easiest to resolve that way.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our services or business needs change. The current version, with its effective date, will be posted wherever these terms are published.
